This is a 6 week shape up challenge. The challenges are each day eating 5 fruits and/or vegetables, Sleep 7 hrs each night, Relax for ten minutes, Excerise 30 minutes each day, do something to take care of your self and there is one bonus challenge each week. You are awarded points for everything you accomplish. The winning team each week receives a prize!!!!
