We will be playing BINGO at work!!!! Starting on April 5th we will be drawing 4 numbers everyday until someone gets a blackout. We will have the bingo cards on sale starting March 25th. The cards will be $2 a piece and you can call, email, IM or come visit Heidi, Jamie or Carrie for the cards. All proceeds will go to the Relay for Life Team. Prizes will include various giftcards. This is a 6 week shape up challenge. The challenges are each day eating 5 fruits and/or vegetables, Sleep 7 hrs each night, Relax for ten minutes, Excerise 30 minutes each day, do something to take care of your self and there is one bonus challenge each week. You are awarded points for everything you accomplish. The winning team each week receives a prize!!!!
